There is "2 hour Free Parking" on the street, but you can only park ONCE, up to 2 hours, and you cannot repark anywhere in a Free Parking spot within the next 5 hours after your first Free Parking, or you will get a fine - even if you move your car down the street to a new Free Parking spot you will get a ticket.
